Santosh Kumar has over ten years of experience as a customer success manager and software quality assurance manager at Instancy.
Santosh has worked with over a hundred global learning platform implementations in corporate training and educational institutes. Santosh’s expertise spans across multiple industry verticals in understanding their business models and learning systems requirements. He helps customize, configure and implement the Instancy On-Demand Learning platform, Learning Management System, Learning Content Management Systems, and Social and Mobile Learning solutions.
Santosh works with customers from their first look at the Instancy Learning Platform through final implementation and ongoing support. He is the ‘eyes and ears’ of our customers and is passionate about providing an experience that meets or exceeds expectations. His insight is also critical to ensure customer expectations and Instancy’s technology are aligned.
